Rubber U Channel

Each U channel rubber extrusion has 4 measurements to give a precise extrusion size, and are available in various lengths.

Our standard material is black 70° Shore A flexible EPDM rubber (except neoprene where stated). Highly resistant to weather ageing, UV, ozone and most mild aqueous chemicals. Temperature range tolerances from -50°C to 130°C.

Neoprene exhibits similar properties to EPDM, but is also resistant to grease, fats and mineral based oils. Temperature range from -40°C to 100°C.

Our rubber U channels can be used for panel edge trimming, glazing seals etc, and can be bonded with our superglue or black polymer adhesive.
